Personal Approach
I offer you a safe and confidential space to talk and reflect on your issues in your life. I listen attentively, respectfully, nonjudmentally, understanding your pain and difficulties, while we explore your issues together. I bring together insights from philosophy, psychology, and contemplative practices to enquire into human existence, and what it means to be human. With my very diverse educational background and cross-cultural experience, I offer a human encounter which is open to your experience. Questioning and challenging our own basic assumptions, and pre-conceived notions we open ourselves to a wider world-view. From this place of personal questioning and reflection, I am able to offer an enquiry about what is fundamental to our human experience and existence.
